1. Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation for standard products. Orders that contain custom products shipment will be discussed with customers.
Products are shipped via express courier, and the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination address and company that will ship.

2. Shipping Methods

Deliveries are carried out by express courier to the address specified in the order.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated based on destination.
The shipping fee will be displayed before the order is finalized.

4. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB) so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues

We will investigate the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
