The products displayed on the website are manufactured using 3D printing technologies and may be either standard or customized. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or prices, with prior notification to customers in case of active orders.

An order is considered firm only after confirmation by email. For customized products, full or partial advance payment may be required.

All prices are expressed in RON. The accepted payment methods are mentioned in the “Payment Methods” section.

10. Payment Methods

At Additive Point, we accept the following payment methods:
• Online card payment – via secure payment processor (Netopia).
• Bank transfer – based on the proforma invoice issued after order confirmation.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders for customized products may only be canceled before production has started. Once production is in progress, the order can no longer be canceled.

• To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at contact@additive-point.com
or +40 735 187 796.

• If payment has already been made and the cancellation request is valid, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions. Innovation Driven Experiences S.R.L. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, the changes being valid from the moment of publication on the website.
