Refund & Return Policy – Additive Point

At Additive Point, we want to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. If you wish to return a product, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Period

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

2. Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documents.

Customized products (made to order or according to the customer’s specifications) cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product has manufacturing defects or was delivered incorrectly.

3. How to Return

Send a written request to contact@additive-point.com or call us at +40735187796.

Include your order number, contact details, and reason for the return.

After approval, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 business days to the indicated bank account or via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

6. 3D Printed Product Characteristics

Please note that 3D printed products may naturally contain small surface imperfections or minor variations that do not affect the product’s functionality or intended use. These characteristics are inherent to the additive manufacturing process and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns or refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of such minor cosmetic imperfections.
